These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CortexonQuant website (cortexonquant.com and its subdomains), the CortexonQuant Spaces mobile application on iOS and Android (the "App"), the book The Abundance Paradox (the "Book"), our email letters, and any related digital products, audio content, and services (collectively the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
The Services are operated by CORTEXONQUANT LABS PTY LTD (ABN 94 697 390 408, ACN 697 390 408), a company registered in Australia at 81-83 Campbell Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 ("CortexonQuant", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: admin@cortexonquant.com.
Local currency conversion, taxes, and platform fees may vary. The price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method on file with Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) will be charged automatically.
The 7-day free trial is available once per Apple ID or Google account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will be charged the annual subscription price and your subscription will begin.
You may cancel at any time. On iOS: Settings, then your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then CortexonQuant Spaces, then Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play, then Profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then CortexonQuant Spaces, then Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple under Apple's policy. Refunds for Play Store purchases are issued by Google under Google Play policy.
The Book and any other one-time products are sold at the price shown at the point of sale and are subject to the refund policy of the platform that processes the purchase (for example Amazon KDP for the Book, or Stripe for purchases made through our website). Defective or incorrect items are refunded or replaced as required by applicable consumer law.
The App offers account-optional sign-in. You may use the App without creating an account. Creating an account enables cross-device sync and subscription management.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time, in-app via Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, or by emailing a deletion request to admin@cortexonquant.com from the email address associated with your account. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, usage data, and any content you created within the App. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately to stop billing.

All content within the Services, including the App, the Book, audio recordings, written content, designs, logos, and the CortexonQuant name and brand, is owned by CortexonQuant Labs Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The CortexonQuant brand operates under a corporate identity by design. The Services are provided by CortexonQuant Labs Pty Ltd as the entity of record.
Where the Services allow you to submit content (for example reflections, custom sessions, or feedback), you retain ownership. You grant CortexonQuant a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your private reflections or in-app personal data.
The Services rely on third-party providers including the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe (payments), Kit (email), Cloudflare (DNS and content delivery), and Amazon KDP (book). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Book and the App content (including audio) are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CortexonQuant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold CortexonQuant harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the App, the website, or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection law. For users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection law, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under that law.
